Refund policy
Unleash Wellness has a specific policy regarding returns and refunds for their products. These conditions include:
- The supplements are non-returnable due to the nature of the products.
- In case customer receives damaged products, expired supplements or incorrect shipment, the return will be initiated as per company policy. Customers must send an email with photos and videos of the damaged or incorrect product within 5 days to request a return/replacement/refund.
- The Company holds all rights to inspect the issue and validate the claim before issuing a refund or replacement.
- For online payments, the Company will refund the amount to the original payment source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc.) within 21 working days of receiving the request from the customer.
- For Partial Payment Orders, if cancelled the partial amount paid is non-refundable
