Who thrives here

We're not for everyone, and that's by design. Here's the kind of person who does their best work with us:

  • ✓You're a pet parent. You get why this work matters on a personal level.
  • ✓You default to ownership. You don't wait to be told. You see the gap, you close it.
  • ✓You move fast without losing the plot. Speed matters, but so does craft.
  • ✓You use AI as leverage. ChatGPT, automations, tools. You're not afraid to 10x yourself.
