Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mixed millets (your choice)
  • 1/2 cup dal (your choice)
  • 1-2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Fresh veggies (choose any 3: pumpkin, carrots, spinach, zucchini, peas)
  • VITAM PAWS® (daily multivitamin)
  • Optional: Meat of your choice (we’re skipping)

Instructions:

  1. Cook 1 cup mixed millets and 1/2 cup dal until soft.
  2. In the last few minutes of cooking, add your chosen veggies (e.g. pumpkin, carrots, spinach) to preserve their nutrients.
  3. Let the mixture cool, then mash slightly if needed.
  4. Stir in coconut oil, turmeric, and chia seeds.
